Overview

FieldDeck is designed with privacy as a core principle. Your business data stays on your devices and syncs through your personal iCloud account. We do not collect, store, or transmit your data to external servers.

Data We Store

FieldDeck stores the following information locally on your device:

  • Business profile information (name, address, phone, email)
  • Job records including line items, notes, and status
  • Client contact information
  • Photos attached to jobs
  • Job templates

Data Sync

All data syncs through Apple's iCloud service using your Apple ID. This sync is:

  • Encrypted in transit and at rest by Apple
  • Controlled entirely by your Apple ID settings
  • Not accessible by FieldDeck or its developers

Data Export

You can export all your data as CSV files at any time from the Settings screen in the app. This includes all jobs and all clients. Your data is always yours.

Analytics

FieldDeck does not include any third-party analytics or tracking SDKs. We do not collect usage data, crash reports, or behavioral information.

In-App Purchases

Subscription purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment information. Apple handles all billing, receipts, and subscription management.

Children's Privacy

FieldDeck is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 years of age.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
